PIGEON FORGE'S COMEDY EXTRAVAGANZA, THE COMEDY BARN!
What do you get when you mix comedians, dogs. jugglers, country music, a Willie Nelson ventriloquist and a mind-reading pig? Well The Comedy Barn of course!
The Comedy Barn Theater in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is one of the area's longest running and definitely funniest live shows in the Smokies. The show features clean comedians, musicians and barn yard animals - that combination has to make you smile but when you see it in person, you will howl - not necessarily like a barnyard animal but just maybe.
You could be part of the show because the comedian like nothing better than getting a good natured visitor on stage to good-natured torment, tickle and amuse the audience and the visitor with their routines, jokes and ad-libs.
They are open every day during the holidays - except for Christmas Eve - and they do add some special Christmasy silliness during November and December. They are also open most weekends during January, February and March so you can enjoy them if you are here for Winterfest, Wilderness Wildlife Week,
Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day or Spring Break.
You can even get a real deal to get into the show if you buy a combo ticket with the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, and you can win two tickets to the Comedy Barn - good for up to a year - by entering the Best Read Guide Facebook contest between October 21 to 27, 2014. Just go to www.facebook.com/BRGSmokyMountains and Like the Comedy Barn "Win Two Tickets" picture and you are entered. The folks at Comedy Barn would get a big kick out it if you would comment and share their picture also, but it is not required.
When you come to the Tennessee Smokies there are lots of things to see, places to see, activities to participate in and a huge selection of restaurants for you to choose from. For coupons and more information go to http://www.bestreadguidesmokymountains.com/ and they will be your 'guide'.
