Wildwater rafts through September 27, but you can zipline all the way through November. Water levels and weather conditions vary during these months so they advise that you check with them before making your plans. Families can plan a half day experience on the Lower Pigeon River and the more adventurous can take on the Upper Pigeon with more Class III & IV rapids. But don't worry, there is an experienced guide in every raft!
The Pigeon River Canopy Tours are the ONLY tours that go OVER the Pigeon River near Gatlinburg and into the Smoky Mountain Creek Gorge at heights up to 120 feet! The Gorge is a beautiful scenic location over a lush forest with waterfalls, rock cliffs and towering trees. You zip over 12 sections, 4 sky bridges and the "Cliff Hanger", a platform perches on a cliff 100 feet in the air.
There is also a Jeep Tour, Standup Paddleboarding, and canoe and kayak instructions to round out your Wildwater Adventures. And they rent Yurts. (See the picture below.)
